Smoky Blue Gradient

Hey, y’all! It has been stupidly hot here, with heat indexes up above 105 degrees, but thankfully it rained and cooled things down a bit today. Anyway, on to the polish!

The gradient uses Nine Zero Lacquer S’more Holo (a light brown holo), Frenzy Polish Berry Cobbler (indigo with blue/purple shimmer and holo microglitter), and Pretty Serious Hot Summer Nights (deep inky blue with silver shimmer). Because I didn’t use any undies, it took three coats (four, actually, on some nails) to be completely opaque.

I dabbed on a bit more of PS Hot Summer Nights on the tips to deepen them since they had gone a bit more silvery than I wanted.

I topped the gradient with L.A. Colors Speckled, which has a multi-sized mix of white, green, blue, pink, and orange glitter in a clear base. It applies pretty well, but the bigger glitters do need a bit of manipulation to get them where you want them. I love how this ended up looking a bit like a snow storm!

That’s all for today! Thanks for looking!
