Birthday NOTD!

Hi, everyone! Tuesday was my birthday, and one of my friends said she wanted to see some special birthday nails. This is what I came up with:

I started with a base of Color Club Harp on It on my index, middle, and ring fingers and Zoya America on my thumb and pinky. I added two coats of Deborah Lippmann on my index and middle fingers. On my thumb and pinky, I added a coat of Nfu Oh #46 then stamped over it with Color Club Harp on It.

For my cupcake, I first painted on the stripes for the wrapper using Zoya America and Raven and dotted on China Glaze It’s a Trap-eze for the frosting. After putting on some top coat, I used Zoya Chyna and Dahlia to go over the stripes for some texture. I also used Chyna for the cherry on top. 🙂

A note from me:

I don’t know how many of you follow me via RSS, but if you do and you use Google Reader to do so, I’m sure you’ve seen the notice about them shutting down. It’s a really dumb move on their part, I think, but luckily, a few other companies have stepped in to fill the void! I personally use Feedly because they have a great looking, fairly easy to customize and use web app, as well as having apps for various devices.
